 REFUND & RETURN POLICY

Thank you for shopping with Chrissy D's Critters and Kindness Gift Shop! We want you to love your order, and we do our best to make sure everything arrives just right. Because our products come from both our own studio and trusted print partners (like Printify), please review our policy below.


Returns & Exchanges
Most of our items are made to order, which means we don’t keep large inventories. For this reason, we typically do not accept returns or exchanges unless:

  • The item arrives damaged or defective

  • You received the wrong item

If there’s a problem with your order, please reach out within 7 days of delivery at crittersandkindness@gmail.com, and include your order number and a clear photo of the issue. We’ll make it right by replacing or refunding when appropriate.


Print-on-Demand Items (via Printify)
Items produced and shipped by Printify (such as apparel, mugs, and accessories) are custom printed just for you. Because of that, they cannot be returned or exchanged unless there’s a printing or quality issue.


Handmade or Packaged Items Shipped by Us
If you purchased one of our handmade or directly shipped items (like stickers, bracelets, or other physical goods we pack ourselves), we may accept returns on a case-by-case basis within 14 days of delivery, as long as the item is unused and in its original packaging.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless the return is due to an error on our part.


Refunds
Once your return (if applicable) is received and inspected, we’ll send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds are processed back to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.


Cancellations
We begin processing orders quickly, so cancellations must be requested within 12 hours of purchase. After that, we cannot guarantee cancellation as items may already be in production or transit.
