At Chrissy D's Critters and Kindness Gift Shop, we do our best to get your order to you as quickly and safely as possible!
Processing Time:
Orders are typically processed within 2–4 business days after payment is received.
Shipping Time:

U.S. orders: Usually arrive within 5–10 business days after processing.

International orders: May take 10–20 business days, depending on customs and location.
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary, especially during holidays or unexpected delays.
Multiple Shipments:
Because we partner with Printify for some of our products and ship other items directly from our studio, your order may arrive in more than one package and possibly on different days. Don’t worry — it’s completely normal, and you’ll receive tracking information for each shipment when available.
Shipping Rates:
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size. Occasionally, we may offer free shipping promotions.
Order Tracking:
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details (when available).
Lost or Damaged Packages:
If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us at crittersandkindness@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery so we can help make it right.
